I trend del 2023 per l’interior design

Il 2023 is upon us and for all design lovers, it may be useful to take a preventive look at what they will probably be i trend del 2023 not only for home furnishings.
Customers will be more attracted by the proposals of a professional trained on what is likely to become fashionable in the next year. The trend towards fashion and staying up to date with trends is a guilty pleasure which many buyers cannot give up.

Let's take a look together at the trends that will probably drive the most in this very near future 2023:

Indoor e outdoor uniti

From the idea of loft which aims to sweep away the domestic walls between the rooms and conceive a single large space open in which to live the house, the idea of eliminating even external ones is emerging!
It's not about going to live on the streets, Obviously, but to conceive a union between the internal domestic space and the external one, for example garden, driveway etc, thus eliminating doors, barriers and gates.

Minimalism

We know what it is and we have learned to appreciate it but minimalism will still probably be the protagonist of the 2023.
Remove all unnecessary frills, junk and old dusty vintage radios. Domestic and working space with a view to functionality, reduced to the bone, which looks at aesthetics without getting lost in useless details. Few elements but carefully selected and tastefully positioned in the space.

70s

It will be reasonable to expect a return to the 1970s. Nostalgia does not forgive and after having dissected the never lamented enough 80s, you can expect a leap back to the nostalgia of 10 years through the use of reflections and brightness, furniture with geometric design, mirrors, use of steel, glossy and metallic paints.

Organic materials

As we also saw at the Arkeda fair in November 2022, in the new way of conceiving interior design and architecture, attention to sustainability can no longer be a side element.
The use of organic materials in order to avoid environmental pollution as much as possible is becoming and must absolutely continue to be one standard, a point of no return from which there is no turning back.
And also from an aesthetic point of view, as well as environmental, the contact and return to nature also as chromatic, materials and style will give a breath of fresh air to the way of conceiving interior design, tired of unnecessary burdens and longing for freshness, novelty and lightness.

Biofilia

Directly linked to the previous trend, of which perhaps it is only a corollary, attention to combining the urban element with the natural one, of life (hence biophilia or love of life) it will certainly be an irreplaceable element of the way of experiencing the home environment in 2023.

Recovery and upcycling

Second corollary of an environmentalist and sustainable point of view. If on the one hand, using organic materials may be the right choice to avoid polluting more, what do we do with all the already used and difficult materials, Perhaps, to be disposed of?
The solution is to upcycling that is, the intelligent reuse and recycling of materials in order not to pollute and to give new life to everything that appeared to be a useless corpse. An intelligent use of recycling materials will allow the creation of new forms of aesthetics, embellished by the genuine desire not to pollute and to use what is no longer needed (therefore perhaps even at a reduced cost, why not?) and shape it to our liking.
